On the last 28 of August 2023 Honourable education minister of Assam Dr. Ranoj Pegu visited Salbari College. MLA of Bhawanipur LAC sjt Phanidhar Talukdar was also present in the occasion.
During his visit he inaugurated newly constructed building for the science stream, additional class rooms and Dr. B R Ambedkar Bhawan in the college. He also attended a meeting in the college campus where students, guardians, teachers and educationists were Present.
