Research Experience :

  • One-year research experience for M.Sc. dissertation on the topic “Cloning of neuronal t-SNARE SNAP-25 from rat neuroendocrine cell line for expression in immune cells”.
  • Worked as a JRF for one year in the project entitled “To investigate how apoptosis and splicing associated protein complex interface with splicing and connects exon junction complex” from 1-11-2016 to 31-10-1017 under Dr. Kusum Kumari Singh, Dept. of BSBE, IIT Guwahati.
  • Four year’s research experience as a Ph.D. research scholar on the topic “Understanding the epigenetic diversity of human oral and esophageal cancers in North-East India”.

  • Hands on training and workshop on “Isolation and functional characterisation of microRNAs” from Nov 13-16, 2018 conducted by Centre for Advanced Studies, Dept. of Botany, NEHU, Shillong.
